In 1958 John R. Williams, Sr. founded Williams & Rowe, a small company that specialized in painting homes, remodels and contracting.  Throughout the years Williams & Rowe has developed a reputation as a dependable, experienced and affordable general contractor. Today, we have expanded our operations to include professional contracting services across seven states. With a high standard of excellence, we have since formed a professional bond based on innovative experience, superior quality and a team with the utmost integrity, producing some of the finest projects across the southeastern region .  As evidenced by numerous distinctions and testimonials, the company has grown to be one of the largest contracting companies in Northeast Florida, with a top 15 ranking for general contractors.

Operated by three generations of the Williams family, Williams & Rowe provides professional contracting services for shopping centers, office complexes, churches, multi-purpose buildings and large scale remodeling projects.  Williams & Rowe is headquartered in Jacksonville, Fl, with a branch office in Lakeland, Fl.  The company is a state certified general contractor in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, North Carolina and South Carolina.
