James R. Williams
Vice President

Being raised in the construction business, James came upon his abilities honestly.  He learned the industry from pushing a broom to estimating and overseeing large projects, such as; Winn Dixie and Harris Teeter remodels and the Trinity Rescue Mission.

James is currently attending Troy University studying for his MBA in Business Management. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in May of 2009.  James originally attended Troy University on a football scholarship and due to his strong leadership skills was asked to coach football while pursuing his MBA.

James is certified in SWPP (Storm Water Prevention Program) and will pursue state contractor’s licenses in Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina upon graduation from Troy University.  James feels that the client is priority and insures that Williams & Rowe maintains integrity and delivers the highest quality product.

John R. Williams, III
Vice President

Since 1997, John has been carrying on the tradition of integrity that Williams & Rowe has always been proud of.  He began as a laborer and has since familiarized himself with the inner workings of the business.  John is a very focused and invaluable asset in mapping the future of Williams & Rowe.

John is a graduate of Jacksonville University and Dallas Theological Seminary, where he received a Masters degree. He is currently attending Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary where he will graduate with his PhD in Church History in May of 2010. 

David Gale
Sr. Vice President of Operations

With more than 31 years of combined construction experience, David brings many strengths to his role as Sr. Vice President of Operations at Williams & Rowe.  His finely tuned skills range from full on-site construction management and land development to the design and implementation of numerous time and cost efficient systems.

David is a State of Florida certified contractor and an OSHA certified trainer.  Prior to moving to Jacksonville, David owned David Gale Custom Homes, Inc. for 9 years, building homes up to $5 million. His skills and knowledge have continued to propel him to the forefront of the industry.

David is dedicated to the success of each project that comes to Williams & Rowe.  His efficiency and energy are the motivators that help keep the team at Williams & Rowe flourishing.

Ken Wilhoite
Vice President of Operations

For 20 years, Ken has been a devoted member of the Williams & Rowe Family.  He has learned not only the industry, but the business from the ground up.  He ran maintenance and worked through the positions of Superintendent, Project Manager and Vice President of Operations.

His innate people skills and self-motivation are just some of the traits that make Ken a valuable asset to Williams & Rowe.  He is dedicated to insuring the quality of the product and the satisfaction of the client.

Wayne Moore
Sales Manager

From his time spent as a Safety Director and Division Construction Manager to his most current position as Sales Manager for Williams & Rowe, Wayne has obtained a wealth of knowledge and experience.  Along with many other projects, Wayne is overseeing all projects associated with Wal-Mart.

Wayne is an active member of the Northeast Florida Builders Association, Clay Builder’s Council and Crime Stoppers of Jacksonville. He is an OSHA certified trainer and Safety Director, SWPP (Storm Water Prevention Protection) certified and is a Certified Building Contractor in the state of Florida. Wayne is a dedicated member of Westside Baptist Church.

With his many years of experience, Wayne is a true asset to Williams & Rowe. Having a keen understanding of customer satisfaction and an unwavering sense of opportunity, Wayne is dedicated to pursuing new clientele and managing ongoing projects for Williams & Rowe.

Toni S. Lewis
Sales Manager

As the newest member of the Williams & Rowe sales team, Toni’s enthusiasm, honesty and commitment to her customers make up the backbone of her success. One of Toni’s strengths that she has brought to Williams & Rowe is developing and building lasting relationships with her customers.

Prior to joining the Williams & Rowe sales team, Toni spent years as the General Manager and Outside Sales Manager for a large residential lighting company.

Toni is very active in her community and church, serving as President of the adult choir at Westside Baptist Church. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Toni is very aware of the growth and development that the city of Jacksonville has obtained.
